I called a local company at 3:01 and the recording said they were closed and closed at 3:00 pm. I called Smith's at 3:10 and Mark answered the phone. He said they just closed and ask what I needed? I explained about the oven element and he had one and would wait until we got there. My oven was up and running 2hrs after it broke. Thank you so much to Mark at Smith's Appliances
