    Very courteous, accommodating, and reasonable. The tech came out to repair our fireplace, was very timely, checked it thoroughly, and worked for two hours but only charged us for one because he was unable to fix the problem. THEN, when the problem was fixed, Hellers did not charge us for the second repair time. I really appreciated their service, and will definitely continue to use it in the future!

    I've been with Heller's gas company for about 4 years now and I find them to be an excellent company to work with. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their deliveries are always on-time and their computer system is very accurate in estimating usage to determine the next automatic delivery. I would highly recommend Heller's gas to anyone - from a BBQ gas bottle refill to several thousands of gallons for residential or commercial use!

    Swear to God, how are these people still in business!? And how do they get such significantly lopsided reviews? I have been dealing with miscommunication, over charging, promises to “credit” their own mistakes and lack of delivery for literally two years. This week alone I have dealt with no fewer than three salespeople, the latter of which today (Josh) had the nerve to tell me I “didn’t get to talk to him like that” when clearly I was upset at having to explain my situation a third time since Saturday. Zero customer service and Jason at the Carlisle office ought to be well aware of me by now, yet I still have no gas. After being put on hold for over a cumulative half hour, where my husband had to take over the call because I had to return to actual work, David was somehow able to get me scheduled and tell me for the second time this week, I should “have never been charged the fee” I have been disputing. I pay my bills on time, every time. This was/is clearly a recurring issue and I have yet to have a pleasant experience. We will see how much longer it takes for me to actually receive a delivery. But really, how is the BBB not involved yet??
