I found Family Home Medical online. I called and spoke with Steve Burkholder who was extremely understanding, helpful and friendly! He went above and beyond to assist me with making the purchase of the grab bars and he arranged for the installation which went very smoothly. My grandparents were very pleased with how professional the installer was and with his work. He even took the time to clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company and contact them again for any of our future needs! Thank you Family Home Medical for the excellent work that you do!
